Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Agent GA ("the Service"), accessible from https://agent-ga.dev/, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Service provides a Model Context Protocol (MCP) bridge that allows authorized AI agents to interact with your Google Analytics 4 (GA4) data. We facilitate secure, user-directed access between your analytics data and supported AI tools.

3. User Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or security breach.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Billing: Payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle’s terms in addition to these Terms.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your dashboard. Access will continue through the end of your current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled in accordance with Paddle’s refund and cancellation policies, as Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record. If you are a Consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel your initial subscription within 14 days, unless an exception applies (such as where digital services have already been provided). Refunds for subscription renewals or unused subscription periods are not provided. All refund requests are subject to Paddle’s review and approval.

5. Google Analytics Data

The Service requires access to your Google Analytics data via OAuth. We only access data necessary to fulfill your specific requests and queries. We do not sell or resell your Google Analytics data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in a way that violates applicable laws, third-party terms, or these Terms. Prohibited activities include attempting to access data you are not authorized to access, abusing API limits, interfering with the Service’s operation, or using the Service to facilitate unlawful or deceptive activities.

7. AI & Accuracy Disclaimer

The Service utilizes Artificial Intelligence (AI) models to query and interpret data. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge and agree that:

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated insights.
• You should verify critical data directly within Google Analytics.
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated outputs.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third-party services, including Google Analytics and third-party AI model providers. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party services.

9. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our discretion, including if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Service, or created legal, security, or operational risk.

10. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including its software, branding, and underlying technology. You retain ownership of your data. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent GA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
